POLICIES

We love all of our clients at Elevate Hair Studio Exeter, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Hair Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. PRIVACY

​

Your personal information is safely stored and protected with username and passwords and will NEVER be disclosed  to any third party. 

Permission from you the customer when setting up a new profile, and all images

will be used only with Permission from the customer.

BOOKING FEE AND CANCELLATIONS

the curl consultant reserves the right  to 

require a 50%  non refundable booking fee in order to secure your appointment which will be deducted from the cost of your appointment. If you need to cancel or change your appointment at least 48hrs notice is required and failure to do so will result in the loss of the booking fee.
All ‘No Shows’ will forfeit the booking fee and will require payment of the remaining 50% before booking any future appointments. 
I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in case of a genuine emergency.
In the event your appointment is cancelled by me, you shall be notified as much in advance as is possible and a rescheduled appointment will be made. Should a reschedule not suit a refund of booking fee shall be given. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

SKIN TESTING


AAT forms skin tests and Colourstart home skin testing kits, are required for all new hair colour service clients at least 48 hrs prior to the colour appointment. In addition these will also be required if you wish to change from your usual colour, if you have applied home colour or if it has been 12 months since your last skin test. Please arrange with stylist for your free consultation and skin test . Failure to have a  skin test will VOID your colour service and the deposit will not be refunded.

PRICES


An annual price rise is applied on the 1st April. Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.

LATE ARRIVAL

please contact as soon as possible in the instance of delay. 

Any longer  than 15 mins could result in shortening your appointment or declining appointment and could forfeit a charge for time wasted and to reschedule appointment.

CONSULTATION FORMS

Selected stylists will send out a consultation form prior to service,

please fill out prior to appointment.

COMPLAINTS

At Elevate Hair studio we are self employed stylist running our own seperate businesses within the salon. 

please speak to the relevant stylist if you are not satisfied at the time of the appointment. 

if you are not happy with the service provided please contact relevant stylist within 7 days to discuss how you feel and why we haven't met your expectations.

Please do not get your hair corrected by someone other than relevant stylist, as this will mean we all be unable to adjust/ correct the service.
